Refund Policy

BitplayPro provides digital cloud mining services and in-app products that are activated immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of these digital services and the inherent characteristics of cryptocurrency transactions, all purchases made on the BitplayPro platform are final and non-refundable once processed.

This includes, without limitation, premium mining plans, in-app boosts, upgrades, and any other paid features offered within the application.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency transactions executed on-chain are irreversible by nature. BitplayPro has no ability to reverse, recall, or modify any withdrawal transaction once it has been broadcast to the blockchain network.

In the event of a technical error, duplicate charge, or payment processing failure that results in an incorrect amount being debited, please contact our support team promptly through the BitplayPro app or website. We will review all such claims and, where a genuine billing error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

BitplayPro reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Approval of any refund request does not constitute an obligation to approve future requests under similar circumstances.
