Account Deletion Instructions

At BitPlayPro, we respect your right to control your personal data and account. If you no longer wish to use our services, you may request to delete your account at any time. Please read the steps below carefully.

Before You Delete Your Account

• Ensure you have withdrawn any remaining Bitcoin or balances from your wallet.

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• All your data, mining history, rewards, and associated information will be removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for compliance purposes.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your BitPlayPro account through the app or website.

2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

3. Confirm your identity by entering your registered email and verifying via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your email.

4. Review the warnings and confirm the deletion request.

5. Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 7 working days.

Alternative Method (Support Request)

If you are unable to delete your account through the app:

• Send an email to [support@bitplaypro.com] from your registered email ID.

• Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

• Include your full name, registered email address, and reason (optional).

• Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 working days.

Important Notes

• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

• Any unclaimed rewards or balances will be forfeited.

• Certain transaction data may be retained for legal, tax, or compliance obligations.
