Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the BitplayPro platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and BitplayPro (“we,” “us,” or “the Platform”), the operator of the cloud mining application and website available at bitplaypro.com.

By downloading the BitplayPro app, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the BitplayPro platform, including those on free plans, premium subscribers, and participants in the referral programme.

2. About the Platform

BitplayPro is a cloud mining application that allows users to earn Bitcoin through a combination of cloud-based mining infrastructure, gamified tasks, daily challenges, and optional premium upgrades. Users do not own, operate, or control any physical mining hardware. Mining power is allocated through BitplayPro’s infrastructure and connected mining pools.

BitplayPro connects to legitimate Bitcoin mining pools, and rewards are distributed in real Bitcoin (BTC) that can be withdrawn to a user’s personal wallet via Bitcoin Layer 1 (L1) or the Lightning Network.

3. Eligibility

• To use BitplayPro, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher
• Not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency mining, trading, or related activities are prohibited by applicable law
• Not be subject to any sanctions or regulatory restrictions that would prohibit your participation
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. BitplayPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

 

4. Account Registration and Security

• You are required to create an account to access the core features of BitplayPro. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and do not share them with any third party
• Notify BitplayPro immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account
• BitplayPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms, used fraudulently, or engaged in activity harmful to the platform or its users.

 

5. Mining, Rewards, and Withdrawals

5.1  Mining Activity

Upon registration, users receive a base level of mining power at no charge. Mining speed and rewards may be increased through completion of in-app tasks, participation in community challenges, and the purchase of premium plans or boosts. All mining activity and associated reward calculations are governed by the rules and rates set by BitplayPro, which may be updated from time to time.

5.2  Reward Calculations

Bitcoin rewards are calculated based on the user’s active mining power, prevailing mining pool output, and applicable network conditions. BitplayPro does not guarantee a fixed rate of return or a specific volume of Bitcoin earnings. Mining yields are variable and subject to market and network conditions outside our control.

5.3  Withdrawals

Users may withdraw accumulated Bitcoin to a personal wallet via Bitcoin L1 or the Lightning Network. Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum thresholds and any applicable network fees, as displayed within the app at the time of request. Once a withdrawal transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it is irreversible, and BitplayPro cannot recall, modify, or cancel it. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the wallet address provided.

5.4  Referral Programme

BitplayPro operates a referral program through which users may earn rewards by inviting others to join the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the eligibility conditions and program terms displayed within the app, which may be amended by BitplayPro at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including the creation of fake accounts or coordinated manipulation, will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

6. Premium Plans and In-App Purchases

BitplayPro offers optional paid upgrades, including premium mining plans and temporary boosts, which provide enhanced mining power or additional in-app capabilities. All purchases are made in accordance with the pricing and terms displayed within the app at the time of transaction. In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to the payment terms of the respective platform. 7. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the BitplayPro platform only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law. You must not:
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any component of the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by BitplayPro
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limitations or abusing rewards
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the platform’s performance or availability for other users
• Use the platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, software, and technology underlying the BitplayPro platform are the exclusive intellectual property of BitplayPro or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from BitplayPro.

9. Third-Party Services

BitplayPro may integrate with or direct users to third-party services, including mining pool operators, blockchain networks, payment processors, and app distribution platforms. BitplayPro does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, performance, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the respective terms and policies of those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BitplayPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of Bitcoin, loss of data, loss of earnings, or disruption to mining activity caused by network congestion, blockchain forks, mining pool disruptions, or market volatility.

BitplayPro’s total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to BitplayPro during the period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, as set out in the relevant written agreement or transaction record.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BitplayPro, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Suspension and Termination

BitplayPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The user is found to be in breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity is detected on the account
• Regulatory requirements necessitate the restriction of access in a particular jurisdiction
• The user provides false or misleading information during registration or verification

 

Upon termination of an account, any pending rewards or balances that have not yet met the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited. BitplayPro will not be liable for any loss arising from the termination of an account where such termination is due to a breach of these Terms by the user.

13. Amendments

BitplayPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available through the app and website. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. BitplayPro encourages users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek a resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BitplayPro with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations or agreements.
